THANKFUL TREES 

 This tree print is an original sketch printed on 24 X 36 inch white paper.   With the season of gratitude upon us, it presents a fitting way to gather and display all of the things your family is grateful for throughout the autumn season!

Our family sat down to list everything we could think of that makes us feel grateful, and within 30 minutes we had written over 500 things!  From jam to junipers, Tesla to toothpaste...and everything in between...we had a wonderful experience remembering our blessings.

This makes a great family night activity, or just an exercise to help you recall everything that fosters gratitude and joy in your life.

It is suitable for framing or just taping on the back door or pinning up on your bulletin board.  You can write the words in autumn colors, paint the leaves, or choose a monochromatic color scheme.  Here are some examples from our family's tree...we will have it on display at the bake sale on Monday.

We will have a limited number of trees at the sale that will be available for purchase.  However, you may pre-order your tree here on this site and pick up your tree with no shipping or handling charges.  Or, you can order your tree at the bake sale, and it will be ready for pick-up/delivered by the end of the week.

If you would like to have a Thankful Tree with your family's name on it, we will happily customize it for you!  We can use any text you like, as long as it fits horizontally across the bottom of the print.

"HAVE JOY" Wordy Bird featured necklace

"Have Joy" is Good Bird's motto for this year...because we have this stubborn belief that we are ALL intended to find and have joy in life!  It's why we're here.  And when we help others, we not only HAVE JOY...we GIVE joy as well. This necklace is a reminder of the fact...that we are happy when we serve and support others.  This necklace was created specifically for our "Have Joy" theme, and if you pre-order the necklace or order it during our bake sale, the cost for our "Have Joy" necklace is just $5 (ordinarily $7).

   Each necklace comes with an 18" nickel ball chain, small round "have joy" plate, and pearl bead.  A simple necklace, a quiet idea, and a difference made in the lives of many people through your donation.  We will have a specific number of these necklaces ready for purchase at the bake sale, or you can pre-order one for pick-up at the bake sale.  If you will wish to order one to be shipped to you, we can do that too!

"WE ARE FAMILY" Wordy Bird Necklace customized family necklace

This is our newest addition to the Wordy Bird family.  The "WE ARE FAMILY" necklace features a pearl bead and up to 6 name plates.  This is a beautiful way to carry the ones you love around with you and a happy way to count your blessings!  Names can be no longer than 6 (we might be able to get 7...depends on the word!) letters long.  

Orders for these necklaces will be available at the bake sale for local pick-up/delivery, or you can order one to be shipped to you.  Just click on our "SHOP" button on the sidebar!

RUSTIC WOODEN TABLETOP BOXES

Andrew will be taking a limited amount of orders for these beautiful tabletop boxes w/ bottles.  Each box can be customized to either a 3 or 4 foot length, and Andrew offers several stain options.  These boxes are a local-only order; we will not be able to ship this item, but it can be made ready for local pick-up/delivery.  Each box is unique and hand-made.   Recognizing this, please allow several weeks for production of each box.  Orders can be made at the bake sale on Monday, October 8th or you may contact us as goodbirddesign@gmail.com.  Prices for this item will be available on Monday.

  There will be additional small crafts for sale through Good Bird, customizable Wordy Bird necklaces, and don't forget all the tasty deliciousness of our 
CAKE WALK and our BAKE SALE! 
Be sure to arrive by 5:15 or 6:15 p.m. to participate in the Cake Walk.  We're not trying to cause a stampede or anything, but you should know that Carol Sparks and Sheri Peterson are making the cakes...so make sure you are there on time!  It's only $1 per person to walk for that cake!
