Thank you so much to each and every person who supported our Good Bird Design Christmas Fundraiser!  We reached our goal...exceeded it even!  Your generosity has been amazing, and it feels impossible to express our appreciation properly.  We are sincerely grateful, and your donations will be put to immediate and good use in caring for Barbara at the Refugee Orphan Home.   She may never know how many hands and hearts have cared for her this year.  But she will know that she matters and that her life is not anonymous or small.  

At this time of year particularly, we are reminded of the needs and lives of others in the world.  These needs can be found in every corner of life.    God cares for each of these needs and each of His children.   It is our task to listen, respond, and be His hands to help others.   I truly believe that if we each look for the thing we can do to help, the place where our contribution can ease a burden or affect change, the miracles will follow.  This week, the miracle was found in each of you who gave generously and created this sponsorship for Barbara.  I recognize that "Thank you!" is small in the face of so much generosity, but THANK YOU nonetheless!  

Good Bird Design will be taking a little break for the holidays but will be back to business in January and February.
